¡Qué locura de robots!

Hacía tiempo que no me planteaba un reto tal. Esta entrada va a ocupar mucho espacio, y se va a ir expandiendo a medida que me ayudéis a encontrar más robots.

Kurôzu zero

... o Crows Zero, como se llama al modo occidental, se estrenó ayer. Es horrible... ¡tendré que esperar a que la doblen, y aún así, seguro segurísimo que no llega a mi ciudad! (Espero al menos que llegue al cine más sórdido y underground de Madrid para poder verla).

Esperamos que el nombre del director, Miike Takashi, ayude un poco a su distribución, aunque lo dudo. Pero bueno, todo será tirar de almas caritativas que la fansubeen y la cuelguen por ahí para disfrute y gozo de las Oguri-two.

Está basada en la precuela del manga de Takahashi Hiroshi (guionista, entre otras pelis, de Ringu y Ringu2) Crows, que llegó a vender más de 35 millones de copias en Japón. Los personajes pertenecen al Suzuran Boys' High, más conocido como 'El instituto de los cuervos'.

Os dejo con el tráiler porque, la verdad, da gusto ver a Oguri Shun de badboy kickass. Hace de Takaya Genji , hijo de Yakuza que tiene que probar a su padre que puede hacerse cargo del negocio familiar. ¿Qué nos espera? El universo Miike, lleno de tribalidad, territorialidad, estética violencia y reinterpretación moderna de los antiguos códigos de guerrero.

PlayStation Kenshin

Yo sigo enganchada a mi Animal Crossing (por cierto, mi ciudad se llama Hobbiton), pero he encontrado en una página web el enlace a este vídeo:

Se trata de un videojuego para la Play Station 2 llamado Enjou Kyoto Rinne, que por lo visto sólo está en japonés. En mi humilde parecer, está bastante logrado, aunque a sessha no le gusten los juegos estos de lucha tipo arcade. Lo mío son más las aventuras gráficas.

Mención especial merece el detalle y el exquisito cuidado a la hora de figurar los golpes: ¡Ese Dragón de Nueve Cabezas de Kenshin! ¡Ese Gatotsu Zeroshiki de Saito! ¡Ese Futae no Kiwami de Sanosuke! Aunque, eso sí, como la figurilla de Kenshin se pase la pelea chillando ¡Ryu-Shu-Sen, Ryu-Kan-Sen, Ryu-Shu-Sen! se hará un poco cargante... Kenshin sigue vigente aunque el manga y el anime ya hayan pasado. ¿Para cuándo un OVA de la lucha de las cuatro estrellas en la isla de Enishi?

Lo prometido es deuda

Bueno, al fin los tengo todos juntitos, gracias al regalo que me hicieron en Coruña...

Tatatacháaan... los 28 tomos de Rurouni Kenshin ahí, todos juntitos. La verdad es que viendo las presentaciones que tienen ahora los manga, la edición de Kenshin deja bastante que desear (esos colorines...) y pierde aún más si quitamos la cubierta (son feísimos).

La figura que veis delante es uno de mis tesoros, y que conste que no es de coleccionista ni nada, pero bueno, es la primera figura que me compré. Me salió bastante barata, porque andaba rodando por un almacén. De la misma serie de figuras tuve delante a Hajime Saito, pero al final no me decidí a comprarla... ¡Craso error! Ahora las quiero TODAS porque son geniales, en especial cuatro que he visto en catálogos: el Sanosuke con el Zanbato (una enorme espada que sólo él puede manejar), el Hajime Saito (si puede ser con el traje de Shinsengumi, ¡onegai!), el Yahiko de mayor, con el trozo de espada entre los dedos y, overall, el Battosai. Aunque no le hago ascos a un buen Sishio o un buen Aoshi... Tengo que disponer de más pelas para estas cosas, caray...

Y estas son las otras piezas. Arriba podemos ver los dos primeros OVA en DVD, Recuerdos, que nos cuentan el pasado de Ken en tiempos del bakumatsu. Y debajo, dos joyitas: a la izquierda un Kenshin en inglés traído de London (con el precio en libras y todo), y a la derecha el primer Ken internacional de lo que (espero) será una gran colección, esta vez en alemán traído de Colonia. Estoy esperando el ejemplar que mi querida prima me ha traído en francés de Bruselas, muajajajajaja...

Así que ya sabéis, amantes de los viajes y de Findûs: si queréis traerme un recuerdito de algún país extranjero, buscad una tienda de cómic y traedme un Kenshin en el idioma que se hable. Da igual que el idioma esté repetido, ¡lo que vale es la frikada! (Sobre todo si viajáis a Japón, por Eru). Seguro que lo váis a encontrar, porque Rurouni Kenshin es un clásico del manga.

Por fin

Por fin... después de años de devoción, y de dosis pequeñas de extinta fantasía... ¡POR FIN ACABÉ MI PRIMERA COLECCIÓN DE MANGA!

Galicia, además de proporcionarme tranquilidad, frikeo y cariño (Deraka, eres impagable) también me ha proporcionado el NÚMERO 5 DE RUROUNI KENSHIN... así que dentro de poco, cuando todos mis Kenshin estén juntos (tengo 3 prestados) los haré una foto. Además de los 28 tomos de la serie, hay que sumar los dos ejemplares extranjeros: el alemán que me trajo Yami y el inglés que me trajo Mo.

Así que, con lágrimas en un puño y el corazón en los ojos, al fin tengo mi colección de Rurouni Kenshin completa... YATTAAAAAAAAA!!!

Findûriel... ya sólo me faltan los dos OVA finales en DVD para tener la colección completa... bueno, eso y que algún fansub decente se digne a sacar la serie en japonés...
